Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
We provide a standard mutual nondisclosure agreement (NDA) for use if both parties wish to disclose confidential information to facilitate discussion about a future project or proposal.
- If a sponsor has their own NDA, please send a copy to [email protected] for review. Please do not provide or receive any confidential information unless the NDA is fully executed by both parties.
- Initial discussions with potential customers/sponsors generally do not require the sharing of confidential information by either party. After preliminary discussions, it has been determined that both parties are mutually interested in moving forward with developing a project or proposal; an NDA may be necessary. For general sample testing, please note that it is a service for a fee. No NDA is required.
